Starting on February 2nd, CAKE STAR, Pastry in Challenge, went on line 31 of the REAL TIME digital terrestrial at 21.10.
The program will continue every Friday in February and March 2018. The FULGOR MILANO built-in appliances will be present in the final challenge among the 3 best confectioners of the 8 cities visited: Turin, Lucca, Bari, Catania, Bologna, Verona, Cagliari and Naples.
The conductors, Katia Follesa and the confectioner Damiano Carrara, are the judges of the competition that sees protagonists three pastry shops per city.
The two best pastry chefs must eventually challenge each other for the victory, in the neutral field, on equal terms outside their own laboratory, assisted only by their experience and by the Fulgor Milano appliances.
