SOFIA induction cooktops feature the DUAL MAX POWER zone. Positioned in the center, it offers exceptional flexibility by automatically detecting cookware size as the diameter changes and selecting the most suitable cooking zone accordingly.

All functions can be managed with a simple touch thanks to the knobs and graphic interface. Programmed cooking, meat probe settings, and a wide range of other cooking functions can be easily selected through a control panel designed for immediate understanding.
