Performed hours of research. Wanted quality without the Chinese "SS" steel. USA brands did not compare with Fulgors' quality and features. Could not find a unique 36" cook top until this one. Enjoy the space in back middle.
Quality grates, nice finish of SS and good feature of the self re-ignite if flame goes out. I tried it and it works!. Knobs seem better then others. Flames adjust from low to high unlike other products.

We recently built our new home and did not think twice to purchase our Sofia 36” dual range, she is the focus of our kitchen. Being in the restaurant business for 20 years and cooking with professional ranges we needed that experience in our home and Sofia is no disappointment, excellent heat distribution and cooks with perfection. Would recommend to anyone looking for an excellent quality range.

We replaced our Wolf range with a 36" all gas Sophia this past year. The overall quality of this product is far better than our previous range. The temperature control with the 6 burners is much more precise than the Wolf. We love how simple it is to clean the top of the stove too. We love our purchase and highly recommend anyone looking for a high-end range to get a Sophia. Excellent performance, amazing style, and great value!
